市议会会议 are generally held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:00PM. Please check the calendar for start times of special meetings.

If you wish to make a public comment on a specific agenda item, t在这里 are two ways to do so:

To submit a comment in writing: Please email clerk@dctdsj.com and write “公众意见” in the subject line. In the body of the email, include the item number and/or title of the item as well as your comments. All comments received by the deadline of 3:30 PM on the day of the meeting will be provided to the 市议会 and posted on the website prior to the meeting. The comments submitted shall become part of the record of the meeting and may be viewed 在这里.
Attend the meeting in person and provide verbal comment. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1110 Capitol Avenue, Second Floor.
